We intend to have the process of website designing and development as easy as possible.
We accept credit card and paypal payments and bank transfers. We work at $15 per hour consultation and project execution fees.
Hosting services are generally invoiced annually, in advance.
Payment terms normally are 50% upfront and 50% after the site is done. But for budget’s exceeding $2000 we can divide the terms in smaller installments.
We always try to mutually solve any dispute or problems with our clients. In case of chargebacks we don’t provide any support and hence once a client decides to have his website and pays the money and job is done we cannot refund the amount.
Thus we have a NO REFUND policy if you wish to discontinue under any circumstances midway of a project.
